Do you need direct access to my bank account?
No. You will connect your bank feed to QuickBooks so transactions and statements are viewable.
What software do you use?
I specialize in QuickBooks Online. If you are already using it, you can invite me as your accountant. If you are new to it, I can help you set up the correct subscription and chart of accounts.
How do we share receipts and documents?
The QuickBooks app allows you to snap a picture of a receipt to be matched to transactions, or you can share them in the QuickBooks file-share section of your account.
Do you file my business taxes?
I focus 100% on bookkeeping, clean-ups, and daily management. I do not file tax returns but will happily work with your CPA or tax firm to provide audit-ready documents.
